App for Drivers
This app, integrated with the company's Web Console, enables drivers to post various work-related information, ensuring accuracy and completeness. The key features include:
Travel Itinerary Menu (TMS)
The Travel Itinerary Menu (TMS) is designed for managing travel plans for product delivery as assigned by employees. It allows you to view your current location via GPS devices or the Mobile Tracker menu, as well as the locations where products need to be delivered. Additionally, it provides updates on delivery status.
Maintenance Menu (Maintenance)
The Maintenance Menu is used for recording vehicle maintenance items. Data and reports can be summarized via the Web Console, categorized as follows:
- Refuel
- Maintenance/Service
- Check vehicle condition
- Repair items
Mobile Tracker Menu
The Mobile Tracker Menu allows you to track the driver's location using a mobile device instead of a GPS device. When tracking is enabled, GPS location data is sent and stored in the system. You can turn off data transmission as needed. This data can be used across various menus such as the Travel Itinerary Menu (TMS) and Vehicle Tracking Menu. Additionally, you can view data summaries or reports in various formats through the Web Console. The Mobile Tracker Menu requires the following permissions:
Access to location at all times: This allows the app to request GPS location information without needing to be launched, enhancing usability.
Access to physical activity data (ACTIVITY RECOGNITION): This permission is used to manage and control GPS data in various modes to improve system efficiency and conserve energy. The modes are as follows:
- Still: Requests GPS data every 1 minute. In Power Save Mode, it requests every 5 minutes.
- Working: When walking occurs, requests GPS data every 1 minute.
- In Vehicle: Sends GPS data every second to ensure accuracy in determining distance and speed, but normally sends data every 1 minute.
Power Save Mode activates when in the Still state for more than 5 minutes and deactivates upon detecting Working or In Vehicle activity.
Vehicle Tracking Menu (Vehicle Tracking)
The Vehicle Tracking Menu displays current location information from GPS or Mobile Tracker devices, along with various work statuses. It also allows you to view historical data in various formats, including:
- Device information
- Notification settings
- Daily travel summary information
- GPS movement data at desired time intervals
- Additional information from installed equipment such as MDVR, TPMS (if any)
