The free-to-play RPG AFK Journey receives regular seasonal updates, introducing new maps, storylines, and heroes. The upcoming season, "Chains of Eternity," is set to launch globally on January 17th.

Chains of Eternity Season Release Date & Access:

The global release of Chains of Eternity is scheduled for January 17th. Players on other servers will gain access if their server is at least 35 days old and they meet these prerequisites:

• Reach Resonance Level 240.
• Complete all pre-season AFK stages.

Meeting these conditions and having a server older than 35 days ensures simultaneous access to the new season.

New Content in Chains of Eternity:

Chains of Eternity brings significant additions to AFK Journey:

• New Heroes: Lorsan (Wilder), Elijah and Lailah (Celestial).
• New Boss: Illucia (Dream Realm boss).
• Gameplay Changes: Daily AFK progress caps, Paragon level adjustments, and Exclusive Equipment enhancements. Paragon levels will offer greater impact, and upgrading Exclusive Equipment from +15 to +20 receives a significant boost. This means investing in Supreme+ units yields higher returns, although the investment cost increases substantially beyond +15.
