Clash of Clans to Eliminate Troop Training Times in Major Update

Clash of Clans, a cornerstone of mobile gaming, is gearing up for a significant update that promises to revolutionize gameplay. Supercell is set to completely remove troop training times, allowing players to deploy their armies almost instantly. This change means you can jump into battles faster than ever before. However, it's crucial to act quickly with your existing Training Potions and Treats; use them or lose them as they'll be phased out soon.

While Clash of Clans may show signs of its age, Supercell continues to modernize the game. The removal of troop, spell, and siege unit training times marks a monumental shift. Following the elimination of training costs in 2022, this latest move is set to further streamline the gaming experience.

Starting today, Training Potions and Training Treats will no longer be available through in-app purchases or chest rewards. You can still acquire them from the Trader and Gold Pass temporarily, but they will be converted to Gems by month's end. So, make sure to use them before they're gone!

Training DayTo help you adapt to this new change, Supercell is introducing a feature called "Match Anytime." This allows you to attack a snapshot of another player's base if no real-time opponents are available. You'll earn rewards, and players whose bases are used won't lose anything if defeated. This mechanic, already used in Clan Wars and Legend League attacks, will now be a standard feature.

Keep an eye out for additional updates, such as Army Donations now requiring Elixirs or Dark Elixirs. For a deeper dive into these changes and more, visit the Supercell blog.
