Special Room and More Exclusively for Switch 2

Toby Fox, the game's developer, shared in a Fangamer newsletter, "So, we made a very small SPECIAL ROOM which takes advantage of using MOUSE CONTROLS ON TWO CONTROLLERS AT ONCE, only possible on the Nintendo Switch 2!!" This innovative feature promises an immersive experience, showcasing the capabilities of the Switch 2. For those playing on other devices, this special room will still be accessible, though with a different control scheme. Players can also transfer their save files from the Nintendo Switch demo of Deltarune 1 and 2 to this new version, ensuring a seamless transition.

Deltarune Future Chapters Will Be Free

Deltarune will be priced at $24.99, encompassing Chapters 1 through 4. Initially released in 2018 and 2021 respectively, Chapters 1 and 2 were free, with the announcement that subsequent chapters (3-5) would be paid content. However, Toby Fox has exciting news for fans: future chapters will be added as free updates. "But, it's my hope that as we complete more Chapters, you'll feel like this game was a super super super super good deal," Fox stated.
