Fields of Mistria Legendary Fish Locations

Four Legendary Fish await discovery in Fields of Mistria. The game helpfully alerts you to their presence at the start of each day with an "A legendary fish is nearby" notification. Remember, you must unlock the Tier 3 Legendary fishing skill (costing 80 Essences) to even encounter them. Catching all four in your first year is unlikely, so prioritize unlocking this skill before year two.

Spring – Cherry Fish

The Cherry Fish, a spring-exclusive catch, prefers ponds. The large eastern pond near the city is recommended, focusing on windy days. Disregard larger shadows; this fish is small. The smaller pond near the Mistria Town Manor House offers an alternative location.

Summer – Lightning Fish

Summer brings the Lightning Fish, found in rivers during stormy weather. The Narrows (west of the city) has two prime river locations, but explore other rivers on your farm or in the city. Look for medium-sized shadows.

Fall – Leaf Fish

The Leaf Fish, an autumnal find, requires windy days and river fishing. The rivers along the Eastern Road are suggested. Its small size necessitates careful observation of smaller shadows.

Winter – Snow Fish

The Snow Fish, a winter resident, appears on snowy days at the beach. Explore the shoreline and the small western island for optimal chances. Its medium size makes it relatively easier to spot amidst other fish.

Utilizing Legendary Fish

Donating all four Legendary Fish to the Museum unlocks a reward: Fish Wings. Museum collection progress influences additional rewards, including furniture, recipes, and potentially treasure chests.
