Amazon Prime's live-action Fallout series is gearing up for its second season, beginning filming this November. The announcement follows the show's successful April premiere and leaves fans eager for more after the season one cliffhanger.
Fallout Season 2: Filming Commences, Cast Remains Partially Unveiled
Leslie Uggams (Betty Pearson), confirmed the November start date to Screen Rant. While the full cast hasn't been officially confirmed, Ella Purnell (Lucy MacLean) and Walton Goggins (Cooper "The Ghoul" Howard) are expected to return. Uggams teased that Betty Pearson will have a significant role, promising surprises for viewers. "I am with the Vault People, so I didn’t get to see what the Earth people were doing," she stated. "So when it came on, I was blown away. But Betty’s got some things up her sleeve. Just stay tuned."
A tentative release date of 2026 is anticipated, considering the filming and post-production timeline (similar to Season 1, which filmed around July 2022 and premiered in April 2024). However, an official date remains unannounced.
