Genshin Update: Exploit Unleashes Devastating Damage on Bosses

Genshin Impact players eagerly awaiting the 5.4 update can currently exploit a surprising glitch to effortlessly defeat even the toughest bosses. This counter-intuitive method utilizes the Hydro Traveler, often considered a weak DPS character, to achieve incredible damage output.

The exploit's mechanics are surprisingly straightforward. Players combine the Hydro Traveler's Elemental Burst with the Xiao Lanterns obtained during the Lantern Rite Festival. By strategically placing a large number of Xiao Lanterns near a boss and activating the Elemental Burst, the boss's health plummets dramatically.

This amplified damage stems from the Elemental Burst's interaction with the lanterns, significantly increasing its area-of-effect damage. Deploying a hundred lanterns can result in damage reaching millions.

While this exploit is expected to be patched in a future update, it currently provides a simple way to overcome challenging boss encounters with minimal effort.
