⚫︎ ILL, a visceral first-person action horror game centered on body horror, is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The game was first revealed during Summer Game Fest 2025. Set in a fortress overrun by an unknown force, ILL showcases grotesque enemy designs, a sophisticated dismemberment system, and realistic physics to enhance tension and dread. Though a release date has not yet been confirmed, the game is poised to redefine the horror genre.
