LEGO Revives Simpsons Collaboration, Launches Krusty Burger Set

Get ready, LEGO and Simpsons fans! LEGO has just unveiled an exciting new addition to their lineup: The Simpsons: Krusty Burger set. This minifigure-scale set is packed with nostalgia, bringing back the classic era of the beloved TV show through numerous Easter eggs and references. Priced at $209.99, this set is aimed at adult fans aged 18 and up. While it's not yet available for pre-order, mark your calendars: general release is set for June 4, but LEGO Insiders can snag Early Access starting June 1. Not a member yet? It's been a while since we last saw a Simpsons-themed LEGO set. The last releases were the Brickheadz models of Homer Simpson and Krusty the Clown back in 2018. Before that, fans enjoyed the detailed 2,523-piece Simpsons House in 2014 and the 2,179-piece Kwik-E-Mart in 2015. Both of these sets have since retired, making the announcement of the Krusty Burger set a thrilling revival of a franchise many thought had ended.

This new set boasts 1,635 pieces and measures 9 inches tall, 9.5 inches wide, and 7.5 inches deep. Its design echoes the iconic McDonald's style with features like a drive-thru menu and window. The set's innovative hinge mechanism allows it to open up, revealing a fully detailed interior that includes a kitchen, bathroom, and dining area. Additionally, you get two standalone buildable elements: the towering Krusty Burger sign and Homer's Krusty-fied car from the Season Six episode "Homie the Clown."

The set comes with seven minifigures: Homer Simpson, Bart Simpson, Lisa Simpson, Farmer Krusty the Clown, Sideshow Bob, the Squeaky Voiced Teen, and Officer Lou. This adds a rich layer of playability and display options for fans.

For LEGO Insiders who purchase the set from either the online or in-store LEGO Shop between June 1 and June 7, there's a special gift with purchase: a 123-piece set of The Simpsons Living Room, available while supplies last.
