If there's any Gameloft release that has had a longer lifespan than anyone had expected, it's Minion Rush. Before Despicable Me hit the cinemas, few could have anticipated that a French animated film from a relatively obscure studio would make such waves worldwide. But it did, and now Gameloft is set to unveil what they're calling Minion Rush's 'biggest update ever'.
This monumental update is a clear signal that Gameloft envisions Minion Rush continuing to entertain for a long time to come. The update transitions Minion Rush to the Unity engine, resulting in a significant visual overhaul that breathes new life into the beloved runner game. Alongside this, players can expect a streamlined user interface and a host of new features, including the much-anticipated endless runner mode. Surprisingly, it's taken this long for endless running to be integrated, but it's now easily accessible right from the main menu.

This update has been eagerly awaited, as it revamps Minion Rush to meet the demands of modern devices and players. With its arrival, complaints should be few and far between. In addition to the endless runner mode, players can now personalize their profiles with custom nicknames, avatars, and frames, adding a unique touch to their gaming experience.
The Hall of Jam is another exciting addition, offering enhanced progression rewards such as G-Coins, Minion stickers for upgrading or unlocking costumes, story puzzle pieces, gadgets, and more. Players can also dive into new power-ups like the Disco-boot, Bouncer, Rocket Blade, and Minion Armor, adding fresh excitement to the gameplay.
