Restoring Morph Paintings is relatively simple, yet rewarding, offering valuable resources such as Astrites. This guide explains the mechanics, locations, and solutions.

Restoring Morph Paintings in Wuthering Waves

Restoration involves placing the correct paintings on designated pedestals. Examine the pedestal descriptions, locate the matching portrait, and use the Levitator utility to position it. The game usually automatically equips the Levitator, but if not, press Tab/D-Pad Left.

Currently, two such puzzles exist, integrated into the "Shadow of the Towers: Resounding Rise" and "Trials of Old" quests.

Shadow of the Towers: Resounding Rise Morph Painting Puzzle

This puzzle, within the "Shadows of the Past" questline, is located in Resounding Rise, one of the three Thorncrown – Thessaleo Falls towers. Solve it as follows (using the central painting as a reference):

1. Swap the front-left and back-right paintings.
2. Move the painting behind the left pedestals to the back-left pedestal.
3. Move the painting behind the right chairs to the front-right pedestal.

A chest appears upon completion, allowing quest progression.

Trials of Old Morph Painting Puzzle

Found within the "Trial of Wisdom" during the "Trials of Old" quest near Porto-Veno Castle (eastern Thessaleo Fells), this puzzle requires arranging paintings narratively from left to right. The solution is shown in the image above.

A simple verification method: a correctly placed painting illuminates its frame. Use this to quickly solve the puzzle.
