SaGa-Inspired DLC 'Emerald Diorama' and Cross-Save Update Released for Vampire Survivors

Vampire Survivors has just released an exciting free DLC, the Emerald Diorama, which is a unique crossover with Square Enix's renowned fantasy RPG series, SaGa. This marks the game's most significant update to date, bringing a fresh wave of JRPG vibes to the beloved survival game.

Emerald Diorama Brings JRPG Vibes to Vampire Survivors

The Emerald Diorama DLC introduces a new stage that feels like a mini world map, complete with world-hopping elements. Players can explore over a dozen new characters, ranging from puppeteers to singers of cursed songs. The update also adds more than 16 new weapons and introduces a novel Glimmer system, allowing players to randomly acquire new skills during their runs. Additionally, the game's soundtrack has been enriched with nine new music tracks.

To unlock the Emerald Diorama, players need to visit Moongolow and speak to a new merchant. For 50,000 gold, you can purchase the Emerald Disk, which unlocks the content step by step. This DLC also introduces character parties, enabling you to form and manage your own mini squad.

The DLC also includes two new Adventures, which are mini-campaigns with six chapters each. "To End an Ice Age" enhances the base game, while "Tides of the Foscari" adds further content to the new DLC.

Alongside the DLC, There’s Another Free Update

Simultaneously, the base game received another free update, The Coop, which amusingly centers around chickens. A new character, Gazebo the chicken, is introduced along with a new weapon and a relic that speeds up the game. Players can earn various achievements and unlock Darkana. By collecting 500 lifetime floor chickens, you can unlock the full potential of The Coop update.

Here's a tip for players: During your run in The Coop, refrain from killing anything for the first minute. This action will unlock the Gaze of Gaea, and evolving it with Parm Aegis will further unlock Gazebo.
