Disney Dreamlight Valley: Unlock Aladdin

Disney Dreamlight Valley players can now explore Agrabah and meet Aladdin and Princess Jasmine through the free Tales of Agrabah update. Here’s how to unlock Aladdin and invite him to settle in Dreamlight Valley after accessing the Agrabah realm.

Finding Aladdin in the Agrabah Realm of Disney Dreamlight Valley

To invite Aladdin to Dreamlight Valley, start by unlocking his realm. The entrance is behind a door at the top of the Disney Castle, which requires 15,000 Dreamlight to open. Once inside, you’ll arrive at the bustling Agrabah marketplace.

The desert city is engulfed by sandstorms, forcing you to navigate the market rooftops to reach Jasmine and Aladdin. Move through the arches and ascend the blue ramp on the left. Lower the upright plank to create a bridge, then break the structure with your pickaxe to proceed. Continue along the balcony, repeating similar actions as you advance.

Avoid the sand devils to prevent being sent back to the start. Use your pickaxe to remove the barrier blocking the double doors, then speak with Jasmine. This begins the quest “The Ancient Revealed.” Jasmine explains the origin of the sandstorms, Aladdin’s disappearance, and how the Magic Carpet is trapped in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

To proceed, you’ll need to upgrade your pickaxe by accessing the Artisan’s District. Find three wooden planks: one leaning near Jasmine by a hammer sign, another buried beside the carpet merchant near the tornado, and a third on the rooftop to the right of a large arch. Deliver them to Jasmine, then head up the ramp and topple a structure by interacting with a plank. Speak to her again to continue.

Next, search for Artisan’s Alloy inside three chests hidden across Agrabah. The first chest sits to the left of the structure you just climbed down, near barrels and golden pots. Return up the ramp, place a plank located near Jasmine, and open the chest on your right. Keep moving forward, shift a large barrel, and set up three planks to access the final chest. The remaining planks are behind the wall near the barrel and propped against the wall close to the second chest.

Speak with Jasmine once more and use the crafting table behind her to create the Artisan’s Alloy Pickaxe Upgrade. Equip it from your inventory and talk to her again. Smash the large sandstone deposits nearby, follow her to the South Alley, and break the sandstone there. Proceed along the path and pick up three additional planks—one near the tornado and two on the opposite side of the stairs.

Destroy more sandstone obstacles until you finally encounter Aladdin. He and Jasmine discuss recent events and express confidence in fixing the problems. Conclude the “The Ancient Revealed” quest with a final conversation with Jasmine, then prepare for Aladdin’s follow-up mission.

Inviting Aladdin to Your Valley in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Once you’ve helped Jasmine and Aladdin restore peace to Agrabah, head back to Dreamlight Valley and place their home in your preferred biome. Interact with Scrooge McDuck’s construction sign to arrange the building, which costs 20,000 Star Coins.

Jasmine arrives first, followed by Aladdin. They each bring unique questlines with new craftable items and offer a variety of rewards tied to their individual Friendship Paths.
