Head to Morris Wick at the Village Shop in Wyndham, where he keeps a copy of the Crafting Manual. However, obtaining it isn't as simple as a straightforward trade. You'll need to engage in a bit of blackmail and bartering. Upon entering St. Katherine’s Church, you'll learn about the recent murder of Maisie and the Vicar's attempt to cover it up. Further investigation leads you to evidence that implicates Morris in the murder.

You can find this evidence in the Brewery Cellar at coordinates 30.5 E, 80.5 N, in the west of Wyndham Village. Enter through the cellar door by the ruined building and search until you find the note titled "Kill the One They Call Maisie". Once you have this note, return to Morris' Village Shop at 33.3 E, 79.9 N. Engage in dialogue that pressures Morris without outright threatening him until you reach the "Bargaining" option. Choosing this will lead Morris to hand over the Crafting Manual in exchange for your silence on his crime.
