"Wuthering Waves 2.3 Update and First Anniversary Events Launched"

Wuthering Waves has unveiled its exciting Version 2.3 update, named "Fiery Arpeggio of Summer," which is rolling out in four phases. This update not only marks the game's first anniversary but also coincides with its much-anticipated launch on Steam, making it accessible to PC players.

The Fiery Arpeggio of Summer update is packed with new characters, engaging story arcs, and a variety of event content. Players with a decent Union Level have a wealth of activities to explore over the next month or so. The update will be live from April 29th until June 12th, 2025.

New storylines such as "A Blaze in the Dark" and "Your Summer Will Never Wither" introduce fresh narratives for players to delve into. Additionally, a new wave of Phantom Echoes, including Crownless (alongside its Nightmare version), Nimbus Wraith, and the intriguing Chest Mimic, are set to challenge players.

To celebrate the game's first anniversary, the "Gifts of Grand Celebration" login event will run from May 23rd to June 11th. Players at Union Level 8 can claim Radiant Tides and a Moment of Resonance. Check out the official update trailer below to see what's in store:

Other login events, such as "Gifts of Grand Reunion" (April 29th to June 11th) and "Gifts of Melodic Verses" (June 5th to June 19th), will offer rewards including Radiant Tide, Lustrous Tide, Astrite, Modifiers, and various upgrade materials.

There Are New and Old Minigames

The beloved Cubie Derby minigame makes a comeback, serving both as a leisure event and a spectator sport where players can cheer on their favorite Cubes. By rolling dice and moving your Cube across a board, you can earn rewards like Phantom: Chest Mimic and Flight Aspect: Laureate.

In the first phase, players can pull for new Resonators such as Lumi, Taoqi, and Yuanwu, along with weapons like Dauntless Evernight, Overture, and Hollow Mirage. This phase will be available until June 11th.
