HoYoverse has unveiled the details for Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6, titled 'Among the Forgotten Ruins,' set to launch on March 12th. This update promises a thrilling narrative and introduces new characters to the game set in New Eridu.
In this update, Proxies find themselves embroiled in a high-stakes auction orchestrated by the Mayor, who tasks them with securing a mysterious artefact tied to the Sacrifice. The plot thickens as the phantom thief syndicate, Mockingbird, aims to disrupt the Mayor's plans. Various factions are also vying for the artefact, adding to the tension. Version 1.6 introduces Anby Demara, a former Soldier 0 and leader of Silver Squad, who steps into the fray as an S-Rank Electric Attack Agent wielding dual swords for Electric damage. Joining her is Trigger, an ace sniper from Obol Squad and an S-Rank Electric Stun Agent, who utilizes Sniper Mode to evade attacks and deliver precise shots, enhancing team synergy through Quick Assists.
Returning characters include Pulchra Fellini, an A-Rank Physical Stun Agent from the Sons of Calydon, along with S-Rank Fire Anomaly Agent Burnice and S-Rank Ether Attack Agent Zhuyuan, who will have rerun banners. The update also introduces Geppetto as the new boss in Hollow Zero.
Players can test their skills in the new Difficulty VI of Battlefront Purge. The Shadow Operation mode in Hollow Zero adds dynamic effects to battles, such as increased damage based on accumulated coins. Trigger's TV Schedule brings third-person sniper gameplay, allowing players to engage in real sniper missions. Additionally, 'March On, Tiny Titan!' lets you control a Bangboo drone for unique challenges, while 'Little Knight’s Big Charge' offers ten trials with a Bangboo, rewarding players with Pulchra as a playable agent.
