NU: Carnival - Bliss is an enchanting animated BL game featuring Japanese voice actors and captivating artwork. Set on the Klein Continent, the story unfolds long after Grand Sorcerer Huey placed elemental gemstones in five altars to regulate nature and protect them with magic seals. These gemstones required maintenance every decade, but twenty years ago, Huey mysteriously disappeared. Without his guidance, the gemstones lost their equilibrium, leading to natural disasters and the expansion of the Dead Zone. In response, Huey's familiars summoned Eiden, the protagonist from another world, to take up Huey's mantle.

Upon arriving on the Klein Continent, Eiden embarks on a mission to restore balance by regulating his essence, much like Huey did, and engaging in "intimate exchanges" with clan members to grasp essence and release the seal of the neon gemstone.
