To select a body part, you have two options:

2. Alternatively, simply click on the body part directly to select it.
Once you've selected a body part, adjusting its pose is straightforward:
Step 1: Select the body part you wish to modify.
Step 2: Utilize the scroll bars to adjust the pose, including twist, front-back, and side-side movements.
For added convenience, you can load pre-existing poses from the pose library or explore the extensive collection of animations. The app currently offers 145 animations, over 100 body poses, and 30 hand poses, all available for free.
