1. What if I forgot my password?

If you set up a security email beforehand, a "Forgot Password" option will appear after entering a wrong password. Tap it and follow the instructions to reset.

If you didn’t set a security email but backed up your data to the cloud, you can recover it by reinstalling the Vault app.

2. How do I enter Vault in stealth mode？

1. Add the Vault widget to your home screen. Once it appears, tap it and enter your password. Or,

3. Why are my photos/videos lost?

Some cleaning or storage optimization apps might automatically delete Vault’s data folder (used for photos and videos). To prevent this, avoid deleting the folder and its subfolders (mnt/sdcard/SystemAndroid) when using such apps.

You can also back up your media to the cloud using the "Cloud Backup" feature found in Vault’s premium page.
