- The SmartTyre Car & Bike app requires Bluetooth to be enabled. It uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), minimizing battery impact.
- The SmartTyre Car & Bike app requires location services to be enabled. It does not use GPS, but rather BLE to locate the sensors.
- While continued background GPS use can reduce battery life, SmartTyre Car & Bike only uses background GPS when you explicitly enable optional features requiring it.
