In this captivating game, your mission is to eradicate all viruses using color-coordinated capsules. The playing field features viruses in three vibrant hues: red, yellow, and blue. As a player, you'll skillfully maneuver each descending capsule, shifting it side to side and rotating it to align perfectly with the viruses and any capsules already in place. The magic happens when you successfully connect four or more capsule segments or viruses of the same color, either horizontally or vertically, causing them to vanish from the board. Your ultimate goal? Clear each level by obliterating every virus on the field. Be warned, though—a game over looms if the capsules stack up and block the bottle's slender neck.

Flexibility is key; you can choose your starting difficulty whenever you launch a new game. Select a level from zero to twenty, which sets the number of viruses you need to eliminate. Additionally, you can tweak the game speed with three options, affecting how quickly capsules descend into the bottle. Your score hinges solely on the number of viruses you eliminate, not on how quickly you finish the level or how many capsules you use. Conquering the toughest level doesn't end the challenge; you can keep playing to boost your score, though the virus count stays constant. Bonus points are up for grabs when you wipe out multiple viruses in one go, but chain reactions, where one elimination triggers another, don't add to your score. Remember, the faster the game speed, the higher your potential score, so choose wisely to maximize your points.
