The initial Wintervestigation quest sends players to SGT. Winter for a chat. These quests involve teaming up with Noir to uncover clues and locate new NPCs. The quest tracker will pinpoint SGT. Winter's location – a snowy mountain near a plane crash site, east of Warrior's Watch and south of Foxy Floodgate. It's conveniently close to Mariah Carey's in-game performance location.

SGT. Winter, marked by a speech bubble, roams near the plane wreckage. Interact with him, and select the magnifying glass icon to initiate the Wintervestigation dialogue. He'll provide a new mission, directing you to Noir in Seaport City. Completing the dialogue rewards 25,000 XP.

SGT. Winter's location is a popular drop zone, making survival crucial. Consider waiting a few days for the crowds to thin, or employ these strategies:
