City Football Manager (CFM) is currently in an exciting phase of development, with new features, improvements, and designs being added each month. This multiplayer football manager game lets you take the helm of your city's football team, pitting you against other managers, both human and AI-controlled bots for teams without a human manager.
In CFM, matches are simulated automatically on a server according to a fixed schedule. The game's engine takes into account your chosen team strategy and the individual qualities (40 in total) of each player to determine the outcome of each match.

Currently, the game covers 32 countries including England, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Czechia, Egypt, Greece, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Morocco, Mexico, Nigeria, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, South Africa, South Korea, Turkey, Uruguay, and the USA.
In each country, the championship is divided into four divisions. At the season's end, the top three teams from Divisions 2, 3, and 4 get promoted, while the bottom three teams from Divisions 1, 2, and 3 face relegation.
Additionally, each country hosts a national cup tournament where all teams compete in a knockout format.
The most successful teams from each country can participate in two prestigious international tournaments:
- Cup of Cups: This is for the finalists of the national cups.
- Cup of Champions: The ultimate trophy in our game, reserved for the top two teams from the highest division of each country.
As a manager, you start with 19 players, 11 of whom are selected to play by default. You have the flexibility to adjust their positions and choose different players for each match.
Winning games and cups attracts more fans, boosting ticket sales. You can invest in stadium improvements to accommodate more fans and increase your team's revenue.
In the "Transfers" section, you can buy and sell players, coaches, scouts, and physios. If you're focused on nurturing young talent, you can build and upgrade an academy that generates two promising young players at the end of each season.
Facilities like fitness centers, training grounds, and a theory center enhance player workouts, while a physio center aids in quicker recovery from injuries.
In the training section, you can select which players participate in training sessions. Different training types require a coach, and higher-level coaches are more effective, helping players improve their skills faster. However, be mindful of player condition; over-training can lead to exhaustion, injuries, and poor performance. A skilled physio and a well-equipped physio center are crucial for swift player recovery.
