All Moves

Command	Move	Description
Triangle/Y	Double Slash/Circle Slash	A fundamental combo starter. Initiate with a Double Slash (Triangle/Y), followed by a Circle Slash (another Triangle/Y press).
Circle/B	Lunging Strike/Roundslash	A slashing attack advancing in the direction of the analog stick. A second press executes a Roundslash.
R2/RT	Demon Mode	Activates Demon Mode, enhancing attack power, movement speed, evasion, and granting knockback immunity.
Triangle/Y + Circle/B (In Demon Mode)	Blade Dance I, II, III	Powerful attacks in Demon Mode, chained together and consuming the Demon Gauge.

Demon Mode/Demon Gauge and Archdemon Mode

The Dual Blades feature a unique Demon Gauge. Demon Mode boosts stats but drains stamina. Successful attacks in Demon Mode fill the gauge. A full gauge activates Archdemon Mode, which depletes over time and powers special attacks. Both modes can be used concurrently; the gauge stops depleting while mounted.

Demon Dodge

Triggered by a Perfect Evade, Demon Dodge increases damage and allows attacking while dodging, providing a 12-second damage buff. Subsequent dodges inflict damage while spinning.

Combos

Basic Combo:

Demon Mode Basic Combo:

In Demon Mode, perform Demon Fangs, Twofold Demon Slash, Sixfold Demon Slash, finishing with Triangle/Y + Circle/B (Demon Flurry I).

Archdemon Mode Blade Dance Combo:

With a full Demon Gauge, activate Archdemon Mode. Begin with Blade Dance (Triangle/Y + Circle/B), followed by four R2/RT presses (Demon Flurry I into Blade Dance II, then Demon Flurry II and Blade Dance III) for massive damage.
