Etheria: Restart took to Twitter (X) on April 21 to announce a global livestream in anticipation of its final beta test. Mark your calendars for April 25, 2025, at 21:00 (UTC-5), when the livestream will go live on Etheria: Restart's official YouTube and Twitch channels. Etheria: Restart is an eagerly awaited free-to-play hero RPG that combines live arena battles with a futuristic sci-fi setting. The game’s backdrop is a world where humanity faces a catastrophic global freeze, prompting them to upload their minds to the digital realm of Etheria, where they coexist with beings known as the Animus. Yet, this sanctuary is threatened by the Genesis Virus, which corrupts the Animus and turns them hostile.

As a Hyperlinker in the Hyperlinker Union, players are tasked with combating this viral threat and uncovering its origins to protect both the virtual world and the remaining humans.

Developed on Unreal Engine, Etheria: Restart boasts stunning graphics and cinematic sequences. Its gameplay merges strategic turn-based combat with real-time tactical control, and offers a PvP arena for competitive battles against other players. The game includes a gacha system where players can acquire new characters using Hydra Crystals, which can be earned in-game or purchased with real-life currency.

Final Beta Test Starts May 8, 2025

The final beta test kicks off on May 8, 2025, and will feature the Anisync Echoes and Phantom Theater trial challenges, along with real-time PvP (RTA) battles inspired by popular titles like Summoners War and Epic Seven.

Cross-play functionality will be enabled during this beta test, allowing players on mobile and PC to engage in real-time arena battles, assemble the ultimate squad for boss fights, and unlock new companions called "Shells."
