Fortnite Moments: Get & Use Guide

The buzz around each new *Fortnite* season usually centers on map changes. But Chapter 6, Season 2: Lawless, introduces a fun new feature: *Fortnite* Moments. This guide explains how to get and use them.

What Are *Fortnite* Moments?

After the big update, you'll find a new addition in the main menu: Moments. These let you customize your Battle Royale experience by adding music to the background, playing after you jump from the Battle Bus and, even better, after a Victory Royale. You choose the tunes from your own music library.

How To Use *Fortnite* Moments

To add your personal soundtrack, go to the Locker tab in the main menu and scroll down to the Moments section. Choose Intro Music (for before you land) and Celebration Music (for after your victory). Select your songs from your Jam Tracks library.

How To Get *Fortnite* Moments

If your library lacks the perfect tunes, head to the Item Shop's "Take Your Stage" section. Over 300 Jam Tracks are available, featuring artists like Metallica, Bad Bunny, Lil Nas X, and Kendrick Lamar. Each song costs 500 V-Bucks (approximately $4.50). For better value, consider the Music Pass, which includes multiple Jam Tracks, instruments, and accessories. The current Icon is Hatsune Miku, but the pass also features songs from Jennifer Lopez and CAKE.
