If you're a fan of Japanese music, you're likely familiar with HYDE, the iconic artist who has performed at Madison Square Garden and sold over 40 million records. Now, HYDE steps into the world of mobile gaming as the central figure in the newly released global endless runner game, Hyde Run.
Originally launched in Japan, Hyde Run is now available worldwide, thanks to developer and publisher Phoenixx. The game offers global fans an innovative way to engage with HYDE’s illustrious career through a gaming experience rich with references to his music and life.
In Hyde Run, players control HYDE as he navigates a thrilling high-speed chase through a futuristic Neo Tokyo. The game combines the excitement of parkour across concert stages with the vibrant energy of a neon-lit city. Players dodge obstacles, wall-run past billboards, and collect musical notes, all while immersed in a unique blend of guitar solos and fan service that sets Hyde Run apart from typical endless runners.
The game introduces various power-ups to enhance gameplay. Magnets help attract more musical notes, while barriers protect against damage from obstacles. Before starting a run, players can choose items like Note Gain to collect more notes or Barriers to avoid tripping.
Additionally, collecting crystals unlocks exclusive HYDE outfits and room items, reflecting his extensive career. Players can even unlock voice clips from HYDE himself with the Microphone Stand item.

The THE LAST ROCKSTARS Costume Set offers HYDE's iconic look from the music video, complete with matching ROCK Furniture like leopard prints, vintage trunks, and stage spotlights. For a more relaxed vibe, the Bat Jinbei Costume Set evokes a summer festival feel, while the Japanese-style furniture set includes bamboo, bonboris, and a wind chime resembling HYDE's Edyh character.
