The phenomenal success of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 continues to soar, with the game now selling an impressive 2 million copies in less than two weeks since its launch. Developer Warhorse Studios proudly announced this milestone via a tweet, describing the achievement as a "triumph." This follows hot on the heels of the game reaching the 1 million sales mark just a day after its release.

The sequel to the popular medieval Europe action role-playing game was released on February 4, available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X and S. The game's performance has been particularly strong on Steam, where it achieved a peak concurrent player count of over 250,000. This is a significant increase compared to the first Kingdom Come: Deliverance, which saw a peak of 96,069 players on Steam seven years ago. It's important to note that the total peak concurrent player count for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is even higher, considering its availability on consoles, although Sony and Microsoft do not disclose these figures.

In the autumn, Legacy of the Forge will delve into Henry's past and his adoptive father Martin's history.
