I've been reminded that I should give more attention to Marvel games beyond Marvel Snap. While Marvel Snap gets frequent coverage, other titles often only appear in my Monday Best Updates articles. That's a fair point! So, let's dedicate a Marvel Minute to see what's happening in other Marvel mobile games. Both Marvel Future Fight and Marvel Contest of Champions currently boast exciting events. Let's dive in!

First, Marvel Future Fight is celebrating Iron Man! Tony Stark, always innovating, is back with new suits and even bigger guns. This event, inspired by Invincible Iron Man, introduces fresh threads for Tony and Pepper. Here's the breakdown from the update notes:

Now, let's look at the ever-popular fighting game, Marvel Contest of Champions. New events usually bring new playable characters, and this game’s roster is incredibly diverse. The inclusion of less common characters is a real treat for longtime Marvel fans. Here are the update notes:

Count Nefaria

Descendant of Italian nobility, Count Luchino Nefaria used his wealth and influence to rise within the Maggia crime syndicate. Scientific experiments granted him superhuman abilities, but at the cost of his life. Resurrected as ionic energy, he's effectively immortal as long as he drains other ionic beings.

Shathra

Daughter of the Elder Goddesses Oshtur and Gaea, from Loomworld. Tasked with creating the Celestial Map of Humanity, her jealousy towards her sister Neith led her to a vengeful quest to destroy her sister's creation.

NEW QUESTS AND EVENTS

Event Quest – Lupus In Fabula

An attempt to overthrow The Collector's ship! The Summoner must evict these villains, but faces increasing danger as each villain plots their own schemes. Will the Summoner succeed, or go down with the ship?

Side Quest – Ludum Maximus

The Maestro hosts the Circus Maximus, a series of games and challenges hosted by Count Nefaria. Nefaria presents 5x weekly Maps with randomized paths and formidable foes.

Act 9; Chapter 1

Following Glykhan's self-destruction, Ouroboros's sinister plotting continues. Clues are scarce, but Superior Kang offers assistance. Mister Fantastic and Doctor Doom send The Summoner on an intel mission, but they aren't the only ones seeking answers.

Glorious Games

Our third Saga: Glorious Games! Celebrating the Contest's history and the Maestro's return, this four-month event features a classical antiquity theme, Champion chases, reworks, and new Events and Quests.

Realm Events

Collaborate with Summoners across the Battlerealm! Contribute points globally to unlock milestone rewards and compete for ranked rewards, including a unique player title.”
