Monster Hunter Now will soon welcome the legendary elder dragon Kirin this Lunar New Year

Celebrate Lunar New Year in Monster Hunter Now! Niantic is hosting a special event featuring exclusive Lunar New Year gear and the return of popular items from 2024.

This limited-time event, running until February 2nd, brings back fan-favorite equipment like the Lucky Dragon Hammer, Fortune Dragon Fans, and Dragon Dance Mask. Hunters can also earn these items, along with the coveted Lucky Light Bowgun, by defeating Gold Rathian, Pink Rathian, or Banbaro. Event-exclusive Lunar New Year packs, including layered armor, are also available for purchase.

The event's centerpiece is the arrival of the powerful elder dragon, Kirin, alongside a new dragon-element light bowgun to aid hunters in their challenging encounters.
