This special online paid event is scheduled to run from May 24th to May 25th, 2025, and promises an action-packed experience centered around the elusive elder dragon, Chameleos.

What’s the Spring Hunt 2025 in Monster Hunter Now?

To participate in the Spring Hunt 2025, you'll need to purchase an event ticket available in the Monster Hunter Now shop. This ticket grants you access to uninterrupted Elder Dragon Interceptions, focusing exclusively on Chameleos. Say goodbye to waiting times between Interceptions and Hunt-a-thons! Plus, you'll have the chance to earn some exclusive Chameleos-themed layered gear, adding a unique flair to your hunter's appearance.

During the event, you can take advantage of the Event Exchange Hubs. Two hubs will be active: the Spring Hunt Eve Exchange Hub, open from May 19th at 9:00 a.m. until June 2nd at 11:59 p.m. You can earn tokens by slaying large monsters or elder dragons between May 19th and May 25th, which you can then exchange for valuable items such as a Silver Rathalos Plate, Glavenus Plate, Wyvern Gem Shard, and more.

Chameleos, the master of stealth and concealment, uses a mysterious fog to obscure visibility, making it a challenging opponent. Starting May 24th, 2025, you can participate in Elder Dragon Interceptions and take on this vanishing menace head-on.

If your rank is 100 or above, you'll have the opportunity to encounter Chameleos in 8-star Elder Dragon Interceptions once they enter a preliminary state, starting at 9:00 a.m. on the 24th. To tackle Chameleos effectively, equip weapons and armor that exploit its vulnerabilities to Fire, Dragon, and Blast.

Successfully defeating Chameleos allows you to forge the new Mizuha Set armor, which includes the Chameleos Venomist skill. This skill halves the duration of poison and venom effects on you and increases your ability to poison your targets, making it a valuable asset in your arsenal.

With materials from Chameleos, you can craft an array of weapons across various categories, including Dual Blades, Great Sword, Long Sword, Hammer, Gunlance, Switch Axe, Charge Blade, and Bow.
