If you're a Pokémon GO fan, mark your calendars for Fashion Week: Taken Over, starting January 15 at midnight and running until 8 PM local time on January 19. This event introduces Shroodle and its evolution, Grafaiai, alongside special features and encounters.
Shroodle, a Poison/Normal-type Pokémon, will hatch from 12 km Eggs and can evolve into Grafaiai using 50 Shroodle Candy. During the event, Team GO Rocket will appear more frequently at PokéStops and in balloons. Players can assist Shadow Pokémon in forgetting the Charged Attack Frustration by using a Charged TM. Snapshots may lead to encountering Croagunk adorned in a fashion week outfit.
Special Research will unlock the opportunity to save Shadow Palkia, while six Shadow Pokémon, including Unova starters, will be available. Shadow Raids will feature various Pokémon, including Nidoran♀ and ♂, Totodile, Ralts, Electabuzz, Magmar, and Wobbuffet. Remote Raid Passes can now be used in these battles. Field Research tasks will reward players with Mysterious Components, Charged, and Fast TMs. Fashion Week: Taken Over-themed Showcases and Collection Challenges will enhance the experience. The in-game shop will offer a 300-coin bundle featuring an Incubator, Rocket Radar, and Premium Battle Pass.
In the coming days, the Corviknight evolutionary line will join Pokémon GO on January 21, followed by a new Shadow Raid Day. A Classic Community Day will allow players to catch Ralts again on January 25. Get ready for an exciting series of events in the world of Pokémon GO!
