Normal rarity Stellar Amulets—those with only the inherent "+# to All Attributes"—can be transformed into the incredibly valuable Astramentis Stellar Amulet using an Orb of Chance.

Astramentis's immense power stems from its ability to significantly boost attributes (+80-120 to All Attributes).
