Unlocking the Trial:

To access the Trial of the Sekhemas, you must first defeat Balbala the Traitor, a formidable boss located in Traitor's Passage within Act 2. Her swift and powerful attacks make her a tough opponent early in the game. Upon defeating her, she drops Balbala's Barya – the key to unlocking the Trial.

After your victory, travel to the Trial's location, accessible via Ardura's travel map or a waypoint. You'll find a dilapidated temple where Balbala, now acting as a guide, awaits. Place Balbala's Barya on the Relic Altar to begin your Trial of the Sekhemas run.
