Pokemon Go will soon kick off Mega Gallade Raid Day in time for the new year

Pokémon Go Mega Gallade Raid Day is Coming!

The holiday season is in full swing, but don't forget about Pokémon Go! Mega Gallade makes its Mega Raid debut on January 11th, featuring a special Raid Day event. With a little luck, you might even catch a Shiny Gallade!

This Pokémon Go update boasts exciting event bonuses, including an increased Remote Raid Pass limit (from January 10th to 11th), up to five extra free Raid Passes from Gym Photo Discs, and boosted Shiny Gallade encounter rates in Mega Raids.

For an extra boost, a $5 Event Ticket grants eight additional Raid Passes from Gym Photo Discs, increased Rare Candy XL drop rates from Raid Battles, a 50% XP bonus, and double Stardust from Raid Battles.

A Mega Gallade Raid Day Ultra Ticket Box will also be available for purchase in the Pokémon Go Web Store for $4.99 (or local equivalent).
