The beloved adult animated sitcom Solar Opposites is set to conclude with its sixth and final season. Hulu made the announcement today, revealing that fans can expect the premiere sometime in the last quarter of 2025. Initially renewed for Season 6 in mid-2024, it was not disclosed at the time that this would be the series' swan song.

Since its debut in 2020, Solar Opposites has captured audiences with its unique storyline about a family of aliens navigating life on Earth after escaping their doomed home planet. The series was brought to life by the creative minds behind Star Trek: Lower Decks, Mike McMahan, and Rick & Morty co-creator Justin Roiland. However, in 2023, Roiland parted ways with the show following charges of domestic violence, which were subsequently dropped.

In a seamless transition, English actor Dan Stevens stepped in to take over the lead voice acting role previously held by Roiland, ensuring the show's quality remained intact.
