Subway Surfers Meets Crossy Road in Epic Crossover!

SYBO and Hipster Whale have announced an unexpected crossover event that's set to shake up the mobile gaming world. Two giants, Subway Surfers and Crossy Road, are merging their universes in a thrilling collaboration that's happening both ways—each game will feature elements from the other.

The excitement kicks off on March 31st with a limited-time rollout of special content in both games. Players can look forward to unique characters, engaging challenge events, and innovative gameplay tweaks that blend the essence of both games.

What Else Do We Know About the Subway Surfers x Crossy Road Collab?

For fans of dodging trains in Subway Surfers or guiding a chicken across endless roads in Crossy Road, this collaboration promises a delightful mix of both worlds. The publishers have released an enticing trailer, giving us a sneak peek into what's coming. Check it out below!

In Subway Surfers, players can dive into the Crossy Road Challenge, where the goal is to keep running to extend your time and earn exclusive rewards. Look out for characters like Chicken Jake and Mallard Tricky as runners. The game will also feature a setting inspired by Crossy Road, complete with familiar blue trains and fresh obstacles. If you haven't played Subway Surfers in a while, now's the time to grab it from the Google Play Store.

Meanwhile, Crossy Road is getting a Subway Surfers makeover. Characters such as Jake and Tricky will navigate through a new Subway Surfers-themed world, complete with jetpacks and magnets, adding to the high-speed dodging action. During the event, players can collect Subway Tokens, which can be exchanged for limited-edition characters and cosmetics. If you've taken a break from Crossy Road, consider reinstalling it from the Google Play Store before the event starts.

This crossover event is scheduled to begin on March 31st and will run for three weeks. Mathias Gredal Nørvig, CEO of SYBO, emphasized that both games have significantly shaped mobile gaming culture, and this collaboration is a celebration of that legacy.
