⚫︎ Exciting news from Bad Guitar Studio: FragPunk is set to launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on April 29. This free-to-play 5v5 hero shooter, which initially debuted on PC via Steam on March 6, faced a delay for its console versions due to last-minute optimization requirements. The upcoming release will feature cross-play functionality, allowing gamers to connect and compete across different platforms seamlessly.

⚫︎ On March 18, FragPunk introduced a significant balance update without any server downtime. This update enhances the overall gameplay experience by increasing movement speed and refining footstep audio effects. Additionally, it includes balancing adjustments for weapons and Lancer abilities, disables the “Hide your name” feature to bolster anti-cheat efforts, and fixes numerous gameplay and UI issues.

⚫︎ Bad Guitar, the developers behind FragPunk, announced a delay in the console release due to "unexpected technical challenges in optimization and adaptation." This decision came after encountering issues during compliance testing for Xbox and PlayStation, leading to a postponement to ensure a uniform gaming experience across all platforms.
