Each player starts with 8 cards, and the rest form the Draw Pile. The top card begins the Discard Pile.
On your turn, play a card that matches the top card’s color, number, or power. If you can’t play, draw from the pile, then pass to the next player.
Stacking Rule: Play +2 and +2 wild cards together to increase the penalty—but note, you cannot place a +2 on a +2 wild.
Win the round by playing all your cards first. The game ends when a player reaches the target score.
