This service is available to:
- Registered vessel owners
- Skippers
If you are a registered vessel owner, you will receive an invitation email. The timing of this email depends on the size of your vessel. You have one calendar month from the receipt of the email to register and begin using the service. Skippers should reach out to the vessel owner to obtain an invitation.
Please note, if you are a member of a producer organisation and lease quota, you should not use this online service. Instead, continue to use a paper logbook to record your catches.
This innovative service replaces several traditional methods:
- The NEP1 form
- The MSAR1 form, although, depending on your location, local Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authorities (IFCAs) may request additional information
- The requirement to complete a logbook when leasing fish quota and/or when fishing in two ICES areas (currently IV4/VIId and VIId/VIIe)
